March 2026Lisa and Ben made my property purchase fantastic from start to finish. Lisa's local knowledge/contacts, negotiation, being proactive with communication and persistence in addressing issues as they arose reduced the stress from the process, despite unexpected events. Team work with Ben keeping an eye and pitching in when needed was also good to see. Bfp appears to have more expertise to buy in some locations than others and in a tight market they encourage you to look at multiple locations. Overall, a good experience and would recommend.Sep 2025My property purchase interstate went smoothly with Damian. It was nice to see the negotiation come through and his contacts/local knowledge making it easy for me to make a firm decision to buy, then implement. He was quick to resolve issues and the walk through video he did let me see the property without having to inspect it myself both initially and just before settlement. Ben and Patrice took the stress out of making our first home purchase. We opted for the evaluate and negotiate package. When we found properties that we thought were suitable, Ben was able to provide a very fast and detailed evaluation report, which contained valuable information. He also did a great job negotiating the price on our behalf. They also organised a building inspection and conveyancer for us.
